Park Lights Hospitality
Since the opening of Luma on Park in 2005, Park Lights Hospitality Group has been no stranger to the Winter Park area. With James Beard Award Semifinalist, Chef Brandon McGlamery at the helm of the progressive American restaurant and managed under operations maven Tim Noelke, Luma on Park has been featured in notable publications such as Garden and Gun, O, The Oprah Magazine, USA Today and Wine Spectator. In 2011, Park Lights Hospitality opened Prato in Winter Park, an authentic and seasonally-inspired Italian eatery that has been recognized in OpenTables top 100 restaurants in America and Food and Wines insider guide to Orlando.
Before joining the Park Lights team, Chef Brandon served as Chef de Cuisine at Bacchanalia where he worked with his mentor, James Beard Award winner Anne Quatrano. He joined operations maven Tim and the Luma on Park team in 2006 and together, have helped the restaurant achieve many prestigious titles including Wine Spectators Award of Excellence. In 2011, Park Lights Hospitality Group enchanted guests with Italian inspired plates crafted from market-fresh ingredients with the opening of Prato. Now, Park Light Hospitality Group is focusing on their third concept, Lukes Kitchen and Bar. As chef and partner, Brandon will bring his culinary experiences to the table, with a menu inspired by the culinary traditions from coast to coast.
