McGlamery and Perez deliver seasonal cuisine prepared with the finest ingredients and innovative techniques.
Our take on American classics take center stage in our interactive kitchen, which feature rotisserie, charcoal and wood-burning ovens. Lukes menu features soups and salads, raw bar offerings, ceviches, smokebox and grill items, sandwiches, entrees, sides and desserts. With a wide-variety of dishes on the menu, we offer something special for ever palate, from Spit-Fired Chicken with baked potato puree and mushroom jus, Peppered Prime Rib with heirloom carrots and béarnaise, Au Poivre Burger with brie, watercress, French pickles and peppercorn gravy to our Seafood Tower with Atlantic and Pacific oysters, Florida shrimp, Alaskan king crab, bay scallops, lobster and clams.
